1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (www.virginiadrainvantage.com), scheduling a service call, or authorizing plumbing, drain cleaning, or sewer work performed by Virginia DrainVantage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Scope of Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Services
Virginia DrainVantage provides licensed, residential and commercial plumbing and drain line solutions throughout Virginia, including drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, video camera sewer inspection, water heater installation and repair, emergency plumbing, leak detection, and sump pump services.
3. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment
All prices and quotes provided prior to in-person diagnostic evaluation are estimates based on standard residential conditions. Prior to initiating any repair or replacement, our technician will provide an upfront, flat-rate written quotation detailing parts, labor, and applicable warranties.
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, checks, and cash.
4. Workmanship Warranties & Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Qualifying drain cleaning, sewer repair, and water heater installations include a workmanship warranty against installation defects. Manufacturer warranties on parts, water heaters, and sump pumps are passed directly to the homeowner.
5. Emergency Dispatch & Cancellations
We prioritize prompt emergency response. If you must reschedule or cancel a non-emergency appointment, we request at least 2 hours advance notice so our mobile dispatch team can service other homeowners in need.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
